Returns & Refund Policy

At Hooked by Kharis, every piece is handmade with care in small batches. We hope you love your order, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns

If you change your mind, you have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

• Be unused and in its original condition.
• Be returned with any original packaging where possible.
• Be sent back within 14 days of your return being approved.

To request a return, please email hookedbykharis@outlook.com with your order number and reason for the return. We’ll provide instructions on how to return your item.

Please note that customers are responsible for the cost of return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked postal service, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Custom or personalised orders.
• Items that have been used, damaged after delivery, or returned in an unsellable condition.
• Gift cards (if applicable).

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or you have received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs of the issue.

If the item is confirmed to be faulty or incorrect, we will offer a replacement, repair, or full refund, including any reasonable return postage costs.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, you will be notified of the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days. Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to process the refund.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an item being faulty or sent in error.

Handmade Products

Every Hooked by Kharis piece is handmade, meaning slight variations in stitch placement, texture, or finish are part of the unique character of each item and are not considered faults.
